Scope of Services:
- Modernization of the first floor lobby, communications, elevator cabs and elevator lobbies on all levels, including the garage level.
- Upgrading first floor amenities and tenant spaces.
- Modernization of the restaurant on the first floor. Modernization of office space on the first floor. Creation of new tenant space.
- Upgrading rest and hygiene facilities. Provision of bicycle parking, hygiene area and changing rooms.
- Providing smoking facilities away from the main entrances.
