Iliard Architecture & Interior Design design studio and the Reesco Group have joined forces and competences by creating a design & build service in selected sectors of commercial real estate. At the same time, the entities jointly established the Reesco Hospitality company, which will deal with hotel facilities and PRS – in the field of design and implementation of new facilities and interior design. Iliard also brings its design expertise to the Reesco Group in the field of buildings and office space.
As a result of the contract concluded in the first quarter of 2021, the renowned Krakow architectural studio Iliard joined the Reesco Group. Reesco Hospitality, established by both entities, will design and execute hotel and PRS investments. Its management board will include Wojciech Witek and Łukasz Koziana, while remaining on the Iliard management board and continuing the operation of Iliard as an architectural design studio.
The Reesco Group is intensively developing and expanding its specialization in individual real estate sectors. After establishing Reesco Retail, the time has come to create a team dedicated to hotels. The combination of Iliard designers and the Reesco executive team gives the opportunity to create a design & build offer in the office, retail, hotel and rental apartments (PRS) sectors.
Joining the Reesco Group complements our mutual know-how and competences. Reesco is an important player on the map of contractors for reconstruction and fit-out of offices as well as, in the last few years, hotels and shopping malls. Being part of the Reesco Group also gives us a great impetus to grow and develop. Designs of hotel shapes and interiors, which the company has completed for these brands, can be found in many European cities. Last year, Iliard was awarded the title in the Design Studio of the Year in the Hotel Investments of the Year 2020 competition. The studio is also responsible for the architectural design of the AFI V.Offices office building in Krakow, which received the second highest BREEAM certificate score in history for an office building in the entire world.
