I. Definitions

  • Terms – these Terms of Service
  • Website – the “Reesco” website available at http://reesco.pl
  • Service Provider – “Reesco Sp. z o.o.”, with its registered office at: al. Jerozolimskie 136, 02-305 Warsaw, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): 701-023-39-27, National Court Register (KRS): 0000355407
  • Service Recipient / User – any person accessing the Website and using content or features made available by the Service Provider
  • Electronic communication – e-mail or telephone communication using the contact details published on the Website

II. General provisions

  • These Terms set out the rules for the operation and use of the Website and the rights and obligations of Service Recipients and the Service Provider.
  • The Service Provider’s services consist in making the Website available free of charge, enabling access to the Service Provider’s informational and marketing content (including company information, offering, portfolio, news, job offers and documents).
  • The Website is not an online store, does not allow user account registration, does not provide newsletter signup via the website, and does not provide electronic forms.
  • Contact with the Service Provider is possible only via the e-mail addresses and telephone numbers published on the Website.
  • The General Terms and Conditions of Contract (OWU) used in B2B relationships are a separate document and do not replace these Website Terms.
  • Content published on the Website is informational and does not constitute an offer under the Polish Civil Code, unless expressly stated otherwise.
  • The Service Recipient is responsible for how they use materials made available on the Website, including compliance with applicable law.
  • The Service Provider does not warrant that materials on the Website will be fit for any particular purpose of the Service Recipient.
  • To the extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for damage arising from use of the Website. The risk associated with using information on the Website is borne by the Service Recipient.

III. Terms of use of the Website

  • Use of the Website is free of charge and voluntary.
  • Use of the Website does not require registration.
  • The Service Recipient should familiarise themselves with these Terms and the documents forming an integral part thereof: the Privacy Policy and the GDPR Information Notice.
  • Service Recipients may not use personal data obtained from the Website for marketing purposes without a legal basis.
  • Technical requirements:
    • a device capable of displaying websites,
    • an Internet connection,
    • a browser compatible with HTML5 standards,
    • JavaScript enabled,
    • essential cookies enabled for the Website to function.
  • Service Recipients should follow generally accepted online security practices.
  • The following actions are prohibited, in particular:
    • decompiling or analysing source code without the Service Provider’s written consent,
    • excessively burdening the Website server,
    • attempting to discover security vulnerabilities without the Service Provider’s consent,
    • uploading or injecting code that may harm the Website, Service Recipients or the Service Provider,
    • actions aimed at damaging, blocking or preventing the operation of the Website.
  • If a security incident or personal data breach related to the Website is detected, the Service Recipient should promptly notify the Service Provider.

IV. Contact and recruitment

  • The Service Provider publishes contact details on the Website (e-mail, telephone).
  • Personal data provided in e-mail or telephone correspondence are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  • For job offers, applications should be sent only to the e-mail address / HR contact details indicated on the Website.
  • Some Website content may be password-protected (e.g. documents for contractors). Access to such content is granted by the Service Provider and does not constitute user account registration.

V. Collection of data about Service Recipients

In order to provide services properly, protect the Service Provider’s interests and ensure legal compliance, the Service Provider processes certain data about Users.

The Website uses cookies. The scope, purposes and rules of data processing are set out in the Privacy Policy and the GDPR Information Notice, which form an integral part of these Terms.

  • Automatically collected data – including IP address, browser type, operating system, visited pages, time on site and cookie data. Such data may be collected via Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics and other tools described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Contact data – data provided voluntarily in an e-mail message or telephone call.
  • The owner of the Website and of the economic copyrights in the Website (to the extent they vest in the Service Provider) is the Service Provider.
  • Some materials may belong to third parties and be used under licence or other rights.
  • Copying, distributing and using Website content beyond permitted use without the rightholder’s consent (given in writing or by electronic means) is prohibited.
  • Simple press information may be subject to different rules under copyright law.

VII. Amendments to the Terms

  • The Service Provider may unilaterally amend these Terms.
  • Amendments take effect upon publication on the Website, unless stated otherwise.
  • Continued use of the Website after publication of amendments constitutes acceptance thereof.

VIII. Final provisions

  • The Service Provider will use reasonable efforts to keep the Website continuously available, but – to the extent permitted by law – is not liable for disruptions caused by force majeure, third parties or external software.
  • The Service Provider may change Website content, temporarily restrict access or disable the Website (in whole or in part) for maintenance, development or other justified reasons.
  • The Service Provider may assign rights and obligations related to the Website.
  • These Terms are governed by Polish law.
