At the West 4 Business Hub in Wrocław, owned by Solida Capital Group the Reesco team carried out a comprehensive refurbishment of existing office spaces for Sii Poland, executing the project in two phases.
In the first phase, a modern, flexible social and event space of 398 m² was created — a place that harmoniously blends aesthetics with functionality and responds to the needs of modern tenants such as Sii Polska. The second phase included the construction of additional office space and the modernization of terraces. The result is a cohesive and attractive working environment – tailored to the evolving expectations of users and ready for future challenges.
Flexibility That Works
The project was designed with risk minimization and efficiency in mind, to provide maximum value to the investor while maintaining harmony with the rest of the building. On the fourth floor, we introduced a multifunctional zone that, thanks to mobile walls and refined acoustics, allows smooth transitions between open-plan space and intimate rooms or chill-out areas.
From Concept to Completion
Solida Capital entrusted us with full responsibility for delivering the project — from the dismantling of existing interiors, through detailed design work, to final finishes. The scope of works included the preparation of an open social area, installation of glass and mobile sliding walls, execution of sanitary and electrical installations, and full construction works.
Thanks to the deep commitment of the Reesco team and a thorough analysis of the client’s needs already at the tendering stage, each subsequent phase of the project was carried out with full transparency and close cooperation with Solida Capital and the designer, Cyprian Najduch.
This was another opportunity for Reesco to create an office space that excels both functionally and visually. Special thanks to our team, led by Sabina Dziadosz, for their dedication and execution of the project.
Addressing Tenant Needs
The goal was to create a space that fosters team-building, integration, and event organization in a collaborative atmosphere. Maintaining visual consistency and optimal acoustic parameters was also crucial. Reesco proposed solutions that ensure long-term value, with guaranteed costs and top-quality workmanship.
Design with Comfort in Mind
The interior was designed in a minimalist, modern aesthetic: white ceilings, black glazing, and warm wooden accents create a thoughtfully composed space. The materials used allow the space to be configured in various ways while maintaining comfort and visual appeal.
