Scope: Reesco, as part of the “desing&build” service, was responsible for the detailed design of the architecture, sanitary installations, electrical and low-current installations, and carried out the final arrangement of Sii’s office in Lodz. One of the key aspects was to connect the areas of the two floors (on the 14th and 15th floors) in the kitchen area, which required precise execution of an opening in the ceiling, reinforcement of the structure and creation of an impressive stair connection.
