Scope: as part of the project, Reesco Retail specialists carried out a number of key works – the entrances to the premises were rebuilt from the outside, installing aluminum storefronts, the facade was completed, soffit and gutters were replaced, toilets and the technical room were relocated. The modernization also included electrical installations, central heating, cold and hot water, sewerage and ventilation, including the installation of a new air handling unit. The exterior color scheme of the arcade was also changed to bring it up to the standards of M Parks, a brand owned by LCP. In addition, steel substructures were made for logos and a structure for an additional air handling unit. Another important element of the project was the turnkey arrangement of premises for well-known store chains such as Pepco, Hebe, Sinsay, and 4F, adapting the interiors to the individual requirements and standards of these chains. The work also included the reconstruction of part of the parking lot in the areas of the modernized façade.
