Area: 23 500 m2
Scope: Implementation of the reconstruction project including, but not limited to: dismantling works – electrical and sanitary, fencing, construction of electricity connection and installation of low current electrical network. Fire protection issues – installation of sprinklers and hydrants, as well as SSP – fire alarm system and DSO – loudspeakers for the fire system. Separation of five new commercial premises.
