Modernization of common areas at Globis Wrocław and Francuska Office Centre in Katowice
Scope: one of the main design goals was to remodel the lobby in the Globis Wrocław building. The work included a full range of construction activities including installations and comprehensive furnishings, including greenery and plants. In the Francuska Office Centre building in Katowice, Reesco specialists carried out a range of construction and installation works, which included the building’s lobby, the elevator lobby on the sixth floor and toilets for people with disabilities. The tasks also included the installation of energy-efficient LED lighting and motion sensors, which will reduce electricity consumption.
