Campanile PRIME Warsaw Centre after its makeover. Reesco elevates the standard — the hotel doesn’t lose a single day of operation.

Back

The Campanile PRIME Warsaw Centre hotel at 2 Towarowa Street, owned by Louvre Hotels Group Sp. z o.o., is opening a new chapter. The modernisation delivered by Reesco has given the interiors a coherent, contemporary character while preserving what matters most in a hotel: comfort and the rhythm of daily operations. From November 2024 to July 2025, we refreshed 194 rooms — including one show room — corridors, and selected ground-floor areas, ensuring that guests experienced comfort rather than the presence of construction works. All works were carried out fully in line with Campanile PRIME brand standards and the guidelines of Louvre Hotels Group — with no compromises.

Modernisation at the highest level

The most extensive transformation took place on the seventh and eighth floors, where we implemented the full modernisation standard, including replacement of finishes, lighting, and furnishings. The remaining floors underwent a precise refresh: new colour schemes, refined details, and updated fixtures and fittings create a fresh, welcoming atmosphere without altering the proven functional layout. The result is a harmonious whole — rooms, corridors, and ground-floor areas now speak the same aesthetic language, and the hotel gains a distinctly elevated standard.

Preparation that makes the difference

Preparation was key. Before construction teams entered the floors, the architectural studio Iliard — the design and advisory arm of Reesco — assessed the building’s technical condition and designed the project framework in a Project Management model. This ensured full transparency of decisions and budget for the owner, and for us — a clear direction of action. In practice, it translated into a smooth process and consistent execution without the need to close the hotel: guests enjoyed breakfast at the usual time, reception operated as normal, and the new image of the hotel grew day by day.

“The modernisation was planned so that guests would experience the final effect — higher comfort — above all else. Thanks to phasing and precise coordination, the works proceeded without any downtime,” says Karol Błaszkowski, Senior Project Manager at Reesco.

A result that builds long-term value

The outcome is a modern, aesthetic, and comfortable hotel that retains its character while meeting contemporary user expectations. The implementation methodology, standardised material solutions, and coordination procedures form a scalable and replicable model of modernisation — ready to be effectively deployed in other properties across the hotel network, within predictable budget and schedule frameworks, and without disrupting ongoing operations. Methodical preparation, budget predictability, and schedule discipline translated into high-quality finishes and satisfaction for both the owner and the guests. Partnership with Iliard and consistent execution ensured a smooth process — and the renewed Campanile PRIME Warsaw Centre delivers everyday guest satisfaction and long-term value for the owner.
