Reesco has modernized the Maspex Group’s office at 8 Bobrowiecka Street in Warsaw. The work covered over 5,000 m² on two floors and was planned in five stages so that the office could continue to operate without interruption. The project combines scale, complexity, and a high standard of finish, and its main goal was to create a space conducive to everyday work.
The office reception area was designed as a coherent introduction to the entire space. The materials, lighting, and details used create a distinctive showcase for the organization and lead to areas designated for collaboration. The modernization of the Maspex Group’s Warsaw office was a comprehensive update of the work environment, from the layout to functional solutions. Each element, including finishes, acoustics, and lighting systems, was selected with a view to improving the comfort and efficiency of everyday work.
The sequence of works was arranged in such a way that users did not experience any difficulties related to the construction works on a daily basis. Individual zones were handed over in a “ready to work” mode, which allowed the pace of implementation to be maintained without disrupting the company’s ongoing activities. A key element of success was the close cooperation between Reesco, the design team, and representatives of the Maspex Group.
– “We synchronized the construction schedule with the current rhythm of the office—this is the result of preparation before entering the construction site and efficient cooperation between all parties,” says Paweł Wlazło, Project Manager at Reesco.
The Maspex office gained a refreshed workspace without interrupting its daily processes.
